2 German Infantry 7th wave Battalions plus a pair of Infantry Guns and a tank company tasked with moving quickly across the table opposed by a Danish Infantry Battalion & parts of a cavalry Regiment. The presence of a Danish Armoured car (they had three) shows this action is on Gotland.
A general view of the battlefield from the German right. The German 2 battalions had to use all 3 roads.

German HQ. Figures from at least 3 different manufacturers here

German fire support - a pair of 75mm Infantry Guns standing in for WWI vintage weapons. These are the SHS offering with SHQ crew.

The infantry battalions did not have 8cm mortars and the MMGs were MG08
Awaiting the onslaught. The HQ of the Danish Battalion and the Cavalry's Landswerk M39 Lynx Armoured Car. This BUA id on the centre road

deployed on a hilltop this group were spotted by a Bf109 and strafed later in the game. Despite restricting the Bf109 to an early mode; with just 4 MG casualties were heavy

This one of the Danish back stop positions on the Danish left which only engaged right at the end of the game

Whilst this position looks formidable the Germans needing speed to get across the table move along the roads reducing its effectiveness.

The house had been occupied by Danish opposition here was short-lived

and the Germans move on to engage the left backstop position shown above.

The attack that would end Danish resistance in this game, this detachment of Danes blocked 1 of 3 roads for multiple turns

Whilst there was nothing fundamentally wrong with the Danish deployment which would have given a broad advance a hard time the German commitment to the roads to advance across the table left many units away from where they were needed.
